It is a straightforward process, though the company also requires the equipment to be shipped back to them for the cancellation to be finalized. The company offers refunds for any unused months, too. It does not have a minimum contract length, but the service fee does increase between annual and quarterly plans.
As with the others, it’s necessary to return any equipment and accessories supplied by MobileHelp to cancel the service. It is possible, however, to buy the products from a third-party marketplace, in which case activation and cancellation takes no more than a phone call. MobileHelp operates a store on Amazon. They also have a mobile service, which is easily cancelled over the phone, too.
